I was commissioned by Becky Allright and the Friends of Drax Church to create a film about the Parish church of St Peter and St Paul. As a community-led project, it was vital to keep the voices local, so local historians helped develop the film and contributed voiceovers to the final piece. This was also the first film in which I’ve used the DJI Mini SE drone as part of a professional production. The CGI segments are based on drawings from John Hunters’ History of Drax series of books.
