The idea of understanding the movement of stars and planets as a form of music is thousands of years old. Astronomers, philosophers, and mathematicians from Pythagoras to Kepler used the idea of Musica Universalis or music of the spheres as a way of explaining and understanding the way the Universe works. Synths of Pythagoras translates a simulation of how the Universe evolved into music. Scanning across the data, it translates each data point into musical notes and plays the resulting score through a set of synthesisers.
